It Might not be your Back - A great reminder that low back pain isn’t always what it seems. I had low back pain from age 16 until I started lifting about 10 years later. Weak glutes are common for almost everyone with a desk job and learning how to strengthen and activate them can relieve lots of back pain. The exercises described in this video are extremely beneficial.
